Qualifications and Experience:

Valid, active Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN required)
Experience working in school settings or providing pediatric care is highly desirable

Professional, reliable, and able to collaborate with school teams, families, and transportation staff
Previous experience with 1:1 nursing or special needs support is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 nursing care and monitoring for a student throughout the school day and during transportation
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
Maintain up-to-date documentation of care, activities, and any incidents
Collaborate with educators, therapists, families, and other support staff to ensure continuity of care
Safeguard the student’s health and well-being and respond promptly to medical situations
Follow all school, district, and state regulations for nursing care in educational settings
