- Work location: Texas Health Ft. Worth, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76104
- Magnet-designated regional referral center has served the residents of Tarrant County and surroundings communities since 1930.
- Work hours: Full Time 40 hours per week, (4) 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday, with call-requirements, occasional weekends for call coverage.

- Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team
- Busy with 19-Bays and 5 Interventional Radiology suites
- Outpatient Interventional Radiology & CT Pre-Op and Recovery and Inpatient Anesthesia Recovery
- Associate degree from an accredited Nursing program OR Nursing Diploma
- BSN preferred
- One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
- 2-years’ experience as a clinical nurse in an acute care setting preferred
- Two (2) years of ED, ICU RN experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Interventional Radiology RN experience preferred
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 Days Required
- NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification within 6 Months Required
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Delivers care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process
- Assesses the patient
- Plans the care of the patient
- Intervenes as appropriate
- Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
- Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.
- Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information
- Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers.
