Are you a compassionate and dedicated Graduate Nurse looking to start your nursing career? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, an award-winning 135-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care. As a Graduate Nurse, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse to provide top-notch care to our residents.

Hourly rate ranges from $35 to $42 for LPNs and $42 to $49 for RNs, depending on the shift. Weekly pay!

Responsibilities:

Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of each resident
Maintain current resident care plans on all residents under your care
Follow physician's orders and render or assist with complete nursing care, treatments, dressings, and other physician orders
Document comprehensive and complete nursing notes
Visit each resident daily to evaluate resident needs
Administer medication according to procedure
Demonstrate correct safety techniques in accord with orientation and training processes of the facility and your specific job description
Comply with facility Privacy Practices Policies and Procedures and protect residents' individual health information
Other duties assigned by Director of Nursing and other managerial team members

Requirements:

Must have graduated from a Massachusetts board-approved nursing education program within one year of hire date
Can be an LPN or RN
Must provide documentation from your nursing program showing your graduation date
Must provide proof of scheduled NCLEX licensure exam within 90 days of hire
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions and deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public
