Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current RN license in New York State
  • Certification as a School Nurse (CSN) preferred
  • Prior experience as a legal nurse or in school health services highly valued
  • Current CPR/BLS certification
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities
  • Experience supporting young children in a clinical or educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily nursing care and respond to student health needs
  • Administer medications and manage care for children with acute and chronic conditions

The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Britelife Recovery plays a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Nursing and overseeing the nursing department's operations. The ADON ensures that clients receive high-quality, compassionate care tailored to their needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment.
