Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Massachusetts
  • Prior experience as a school nurse or with pediatric patients strongly preferred
  • Knowledge and proficiency in ventilator care and safe operation of wheelchairs
  • Calm, compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to respond to changing medical needs and emergency situations in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct one-on-one medical care for a student throughout the school day
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and respond to emergent health needs
