Capitol City Rehab and Nursing is hiring Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Director of Nursing to join our long-term care team in Washington D.C

Pay: $115,000-$135,000

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily nursing operations

  • Support preparation and participation in state and federal surveys

  • Monitor QI/QM data and survey reports; provide recommendations for improvement

  • Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee

  • Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Assist with discharge planning coordination

  • Support staff development and regulatory compliance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in DC

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience

  • Previous Supervisor/Director experience
