Implement compliance and quality improvement policies, programs, and procedures. Responsible for surveillance, rounding, analyzing, interpreting, and the reporting of healthcare-associated infections. Support the development and implementation of nursing department budgets in coordination with the facility administration. Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing and Administrator. Qualifications: Prior experience managing staff is preferred. Ability to work independently or part of a group. Computer knowledge. Previous long term care experience is required.
