What You’ll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care in a high-volume Immediate Care/Walk-In setting
• Triage patients presenting with acute illnesses or injuries, both in-person and via telephone
• Perform rapid assessments and collaborate with providers to deliver timely, efficient care
• Administer medications, vaccines, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with urgent procedures, including wound care, splinting, and EKGs
• Conduct point-of-care testing, collect specimens, and manage lab follow-ups
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in the EMR
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and escalate care when necessary
• Promote patient education for acute concerns, medication use, and follow-up care
• Support safety protocols, infection prevention, and emergency response procedures

Who You Are:

Education: Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
Licensure: Registered Nurse licensed in NH, NLC state, or MA; BLS/CPR certification required
Experience: 1 year of nursing experience required; urgent care or emergency nursing preferred
Skills & Traits:
– Skilled in rapid triage and decision-making
– Calm under pressure and excellent in fast-paced environments
– Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
– Compassionate, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
Technical: Proficient in EMR systems and basic Windows applications
Preferred Certifications: RN-BC, CCTM, or specialty certifications in urgent or emergency care

Targeted Pay Range: $31.39/hr. to $50.22/hr. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by several factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammates pay regularly to ensure competitive and equitable pay.
