As a PRN Nurse Practitioner (NP), you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Henderson, NV. The scheduled hours are PRN as needed. 



What You’ll Do

  • Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
  • Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
  • Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
  • Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
  • Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
  • Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
  • Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
  • Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
  • Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices
  • Performs other duties as assigned


What You’ll Bring

  • Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
  • Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
  • Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
  • At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting

The ideal candidate will uphold the highest medical integrity with a heart for servant leadership and always promote the patient's well-being by providing the highest standards of care. Annual base starting salary range: 100k-155k Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations, this includes but not limited to - Good faith exams, medical history, patient desired results, treatment plans, and explanation of aesthetic results, risks, and benefits. Perform aesthetic services such as dermal fillers, neurotoxins, micro-needling, and medical-grade chemical peels. Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before & after photos, and treatment records. Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the injection room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety. (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing injection room etc.) Honor and respect the diversity of patients and their individual rights to care Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to maintain and advance your skills and understanding within the industry. Prepare injectables and treatment trays as needed. Assist with maintaining inventory levels as needed. Must be available Fridays and Saturdays; open availability Skills Proven experience as a Nurse Practitioner Knowledge of aesthetic nursing care methods and procedures Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures Kind and professional responsible and compassionate Strong organizational and multitasking skills Patience and excellent problem-solving skills Valid NP license
