What You'll Do

Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses, interpreting test results as necessary
Collaborate with the patient and the patient's family as needed to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress
Refer to specialists when appropriate
Perform routine health screenings, health maintenance care, annual exams, and work with our quality and coding department for templates and processes.
Provide appropriate education, feedback and assessment of care to ensure the safety of patients and their families
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Nevada Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
At least one year of experience working as a Physician's Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
BLS, NV DEA certification prior to start date
Proficiency in EMRs

Internal Medicine, Primary Care or Family Medicine experience

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

We are seeking NPs/PAs for our Stonecreek clinic location.
This is a full-time position. Hours are M-F 8 A - 5 P.
The national target pay range for this role is $110,000-140,000 base salary with additional annual bonus structure. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (current or future), experience, and other job-related factors.
