OTP LPN Medication Room Nurse

Location: This position will provide coverage primarily at our West side location at 6460 Harrison Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45247 and may occasionally provide coverage as needed at our Forest Park or OTR sites. Sunrise Treatment Center is an outpatient opiate addiction treatment facility. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, for a structured, lower-volume nursing role where you would prepare and dispense buprenorphine and methadone medication from our on-site dispensary. Our ideal candidate would prioritize patient safety, accuracy, and consistency. This position offers a predictable pace, meaningful exposure to regulatory standards, making it ideal for nurses interested in compliance focused practice while being given the opportunity to focus on quality of care without the demands of high patient volumes. This role offers significant hands on exposure to regulatory and compliance requirements, including medication handling, documentation standards, audits, and policy adherence. This role requires a dependable nurse who has excellent computer skills, relevant field experience, and someone looking to take on a more sedentary role, away from floor nursing. Essential Functions Record client information, generate reports, and dispense buprenorphine using multiple computerized systems. Remain current with changes in policies and procedures. Attend and participate in relevant continuing education and in-service training to improve professional competency. Adhere to DEA and Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Must pass an FBI background check and fingerprinting prior to start date.
