Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in St. Petersburg, Florida. As an RN 12 hour shifts, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and managing chronic conditions

  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor and report resident progress, identifying potential issues and implementing interventions as needed

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers, providing education and support

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will have the flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, providing you with a better work-life balance. You will also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from our post-acute care unit to our short-term rehabilitation program.
