Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at St. Petersburg Nursing & Rehabilitation, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care in St. Petersburg, Florida. As an RN 12 hour shifts, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and managing chronic conditions
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor and report resident progress, identifying potential issues and implementing interventions as needed
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care, treatment, and progress
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and caregivers, providing education and support
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
