Qualifications and Experience:

Current and valid RN license in Washington State
Previous experience in school nursing or similar pediatric healthcare environments is highly valued
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage medical emergencies and chronic health conditions efficiently and compassionately
Capacity to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and across multiple school sites
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage acute and chronic student health issues
Administer medications, perform first aid, and respond to medical emergencies as needed
Develop individual health care plans for students with specialized medical needs
Conduct health screenings and coordinate immunization compliance
Educate students, families, and staff on wellness and disease prevention
