Position Overview

These roles run for the full 2026/2027 school year (September 3 June 11) and provide essential, 1:1 medical support to individual students, ensuring their safety, comfort, and ability to thrive in the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and medical supervision to an assigned student during the school day.

Manage specific care needs based on the student's profile, which may include general medical tracking, mobility support/wheelchair assistance, and personal care/toileting assistance.

Monitor student wellness, support mild behavioral needs with patience and professionalism, and maintain clear communication with classroom staff.

Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance records in accordance with school policies and nursing standards.

Qualifications
Active New Hampshire (NH) RN or LPN License.

Prior experience in pediatric nursing, school health, or 1:1 patient care is highly preferred.

Comfortability supporting students with physical disabilities (e.g., Cerebral Palsy) and assisting with daily living activities/mobility.

Strong collaborative and communication skills to effectively partner with educators, therapy teams, and families.
