Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Weekend Warrior team at Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and contribute to a supportive and caring environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating patients

  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

  • Participate in in-service education programs and professional development activities

About the Role

As a Weekend Warrior, you will work a limited number of weekends per month, with fixed schedules and predictable hours. This unique schedule allows you to balance your personal and professional responsibilities while also providing exceptional care to our patients.
