Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in MN required
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
Reliable transportation, Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and the minimum amount of insurance liability coverage required
Home Health Aide certificate and some home care experience preferred
