What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, interpret test results and treat common acute and chronic pediatric illnesses, applying evidenced-based medical practices  
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, family dynamics, and individual needs  
  • Collaborate with the patient’s family to create and execute treatment plans and ensure proper coordination of care to optimize patient’s health progress  
  • Maintain patient Electronic Medical Record data  
  • Refer to specialists when appropriate  
  • Collaborate with regional and central leadership to meet health quality and clinical excellence goals  
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Unrestricted and active California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License  
  • Current BLS, ACLS, CA DEA certification prior to start date 
  • EMR proficient  
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or Spanish

Environmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

  • This position is located at 328 S 1st Street, Alhambra CA 91801. 
  • The total compensation target pay range for this role is between $15,000 - $160,000 per year. This pay range represents our national target range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location (present or future), experience, and other job-related factors. 
  • This is a full-time position. Hours at M-F 8 A - 5 P.
