DON What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for residents.
  • Monitor patient care, safety, and satisfaction to ensure the highest quality of care.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and policies.

DON What We’re Looking For:

  • Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

The Gardens at West Shore is seeking an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department at our skilled nursing facility in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
