DON What You’ll Do:

Oversee all nursing operations and ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to maintain a high standard of care and professionalism.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans for residents.
Monitor patient care, safety, and satisfaction to ensure the highest quality of care.
Manage staffing levels, budgeting, and operational efficiencies within the nursing department.
Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all healthcare laws and policies.

DON What We’re Looking For:

Valid RN license in Pennsylvania.
Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, preferably in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, lead, and support a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
