From diagnosis to intervention, you’ll use your advanced knowledge, clinical skills, and compassionate heart to make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the go-to expert for a caseload of patients – coordinating, managing, and delivering top-notch care (directly or indirectly).
  • Team up with fellow clinicians to develop and deliver meaningful education for patients, families, staff, and students – using teaching strategies that actually work.
  • Lead with curiosity: keep growing professionally and dive into quality improvement projects that actually move the needle.
  • Offer expert consultation using excellent communication and change management strategies.
  • Partner with nursing leadership to shape smarter, stronger clinical practices.
  • Manage complex conditions using advanced knowledge in your specialty – think diagnostics, disease management, and patient-centered innovation.
  • Represent the team like a pro at local, regional, or national specialty events and consortiums.
  • Be a champion for safety, quality improvement, and cultural competence across the board.
  • Deliver age-appropriate care with empathy and excellence across the patient lifespan.
  • Spread kindness – greet patients, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth at every turn.
  • Stay up to date on all the important rules and regs – compliance is key, and you’ll help us meet every standard.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
  • Current Missouri license as a Registered Professional Nurse
  • Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program with active certification
  • Specialty certification (as required by the Missouri State Board of Nursing for Advanced Practice)
  • Active Collaborative Practice Arrangement with our organization
  • Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, where required by the department – and must keep it current
  • 3+ years of endocrinology and/or diabetes clinical experience (bonus points for leadership experience!)
  • Proven clinical expertise in your area of specialty
  • Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Physician Assistant (PA)

Are you a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) who is ready to deliver high-quality care under the guidance of collaborative physicians? In this role, you’ll provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services, working closely with patients and the healthcare team to provide effective and efficient care. You’ll assess and treat patients, order and interpret tests, make diagnoses, and offer preventive advice—all while ensuring the highest standards of care.

If you’re looking to expand your skills, work in a supportive environment, and make a direct impact on patient health, we want you to join our team!

What You’ll Do:

  • Patient Care: Take medical histories, examine patients, make diagnoses, and treat injuries or illnesses under the supervision of a physician.
  • Comprehensive Services: Order and interpret lab tests and x-rays, counsel patients, and provide treatments or therapies as per physician agreement.
  • Documentation & Records: Accurately document patient evaluations, care plans, and services provided in the medical record.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians to deliver exceptional healthcare and ensure the best outcomes for every patient.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant educational program.
  • Certification: Certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
  • Licensure: Current licensure in the state of Missouri.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience working as a Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Certification: Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Both roles offer the opportunity to provide essential care and grow your career in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. If you’re ready to make a difference, apply today and help us deliver exceptional care to the communities we serve!
