1:1 School Nurse (LPN or RN)

AB Staffing is looking for an experienced School Nurse (LPN or RN) that is available for the 2026/2027 school year!

Requirements
  • Current LPN or RN license in Arizona
  • Ability to obtain Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate (temporary certificates accepted)
  • Experience with G-tube feeding and suctioning preferred
  • Pediatric or school experience is a plus
  • Current First Aid / CPR-BLS certification
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, lift (up to 40 lbs), and interact with students, staff, and families


Job Description:
  • Contract through the 2026/2027 school year - 33 hours per week
  • Contract follows the academic district calendar


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct 1:1 nursing care during school hours
  • Manage G-tube feedings, medications, and suctioning
  • Monitor student's condition and respond to emergencies
  • Assist with mobility and positioning
  • Document care and follow Individualized Health Plans (IHPs) / doctor's orders
  • Communicate with staff, family, and healthcare team as needed


Salary:
  • $1,500 - $1,700 per week
