Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time

 

Key Responsibilities

As the ADON, you will support the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of care. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.

  • Supervising and mentoring nursing staff to ensure excellent care delivery.

  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

  • Conducting staff training and evaluations to foster professional growth.

  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.

  • Addressing and resolving any resident or family concerns related to care.

 

Qualifications

  • Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania preferred

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a long-term care, hospital, or related healthcare facility.

    • Familiarity with the geriatric population is preferred.

  • Knowledge:

    • Strong understanding of state and federal regulations related to skilled nursing care.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
