This position is focused in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, where you would serve as a clinical leader, working collaboratively with the facility’s care team to oversee both short- and long-term residents. Responsibilities include admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition. You’ll also handle advanced care planning, comprehensive assessments, and prescribing treatments.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) is a professional registered nurse with clinical experience in neonatal nursing who has received formal education with supervised clinical experience in the management of sick neonates.
