What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents during the overnight shift.
Complete assessments and monitor changes in resident condition.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
Respond to emergencies and communicate with providers as needed.
Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants.
Document resident care in the electronic medical record.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
Help create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for every resident.
What We're Looking For
Current Washington State RN or LPN license.
Current CPR certification.
Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
Dependable, organized, and able to work independently overnight.
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to outstanding resident care.
