Preferred background and qualifications:

Valid RN license
School nursing experience or strong desire to work in a school
Experience with or knowledge of:
- Bainbridge-Ropers syndrome
- Chronic lung disease
- Mild heart conditions
- Scoliosis
- Reverse circadian cycles (sleep disorders)
- G-Tube dependency and feeding procedures
Collaborative spirit with educators and families
Outstanding communication and observational skills

Primary responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 nursing support to the assigned Kindergarten student
Administer medications, manage G-Tube feeds, and monitor vital signs as needed
Implement individual health care plans and emergency protocols
Support student engagement in classroom activities while prioritizing health and comfort
Maintain accurate health records and communicate updates to caregivers and the educational team
