We're seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for a medically fragile 3rd grade student during the 2026-2027 school year in Prospect Heights, IL.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, school-based position
  • 1:1 assignment with a 3rd grade student
  • Provide daily nursing care and support throughout the school day
  • Student requires trach and ventilator care
  • Collaborate with school staff and the student's care team to ensure a safe and successful school experience

Requirements:

  • Active Illinois LPN license
  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care required
  • Previous pediatric or school-based nursing experience preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
