AOM Healthcare is a premier long term care company, operating twenty one long term care facilities throughout the state of Ohio and is now hiring Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Concord Care of Hartford, located at 3090 5 Points Hartford Rd, Fowler, Ohio.

Job Requirements and Duties: 

  • Acts as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff.
  • Participate in the development and achievemnt of nursing department goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation of and monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of practice consistent with corporate and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide direct resident care as staffing patterns demand.
  • Act as a resource person and role model for nursing staff.
  • Assure effective interaction with residents and families.
  • Attend and participate in department/facility meeting as required. Assist surveyors and inspectors to facilitate regulatory compliance, as per the direction of the director of Clinical Services.
  • Conduct oneself with the highest degree of honesy and integrity in every interaction.
