Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Oncology Care team!

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists the Registered Nurse with the delivery of quality care to patients of all ages in their homes as outlined on the individual patient's plan of care.

HOURS:Part Time or .6 FTE, 48 hours every pay period. Varied hours, every other weekend/holiday

Experience/Qualifications

  • Knowledge of patient care standards and practices and the ability to communicate clinical information to patients, representatives, caregivers and agency staff normally acquired through completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program. High school diploma and continued education beneficial.
  • Previous work experience in an acute care setting or nursing home beneficial.
  • State Nurse Aide Certification required (and is currently in good standing).
  • Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
