About the Role The RN Charge Nurse will be responsible for managing all aspects of nursing responsibility during each shift, from processing patients in and out to delegating nursing assignments and monitoring medication administration. Performs and records admission/physical assessment, according to policy. Interprets the patient’s condition and abnormal findings, communicating information in a timely manner to the physician.
