Desired Experience and Qualifications:

New Jersey School Nurse RN license (required)
Prior experience in school-based nursing (mandatory)
Confidence managing both elementary and middle school caseloads
Expertise in servicing varied student health needs
Ability to oversee all nursing operations within assigned school facilities
Comfortable and adaptable in a district environment
Reliable transportation for daily commute; candidates must live within a reasonable distance
Willingness to complete onboarding, including TB test, physical, and fingerprints for agency and district
