What You'll Do

Supervise and support nursing staff on the night shift
Ensure quality resident care and regulatory compliance
Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns
Assist with admissions, assessments, and clinical oversight as needed
Provide leadership, coaching, and support to the nursing team
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent resident outcomes

Qualifications

Current Ohio RN license preferred (LPNs with strong leadership experience are encouraged to apply)
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
