Qualifications:

Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Direct experience with G-tubes, tracheostomy care, and ventilators is essential
Recent critical care background strongly preferred
Must submit current license/certification and resume
Experience in school-based nursing or pediatric care is a plus

Responsibilities:

Meet at students residence at 12:30 PM; accompany on the school bus
Provide individualized medical care for a preschool-aged student with complex medical needs during school hours, Tuesday to Friday
Safely accompany the student on the return bus ride home, leaving school around 4:00 PM
Communicate and collaborate effectively with school staff and family
Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided
