FAMILY NURSE PRACTITIONER (FT M-F DAY) - LINDALE TX SPINE & JOINT HOSPITAL

Nurse Practitioner  at Texas Spine & Joint Hospital in Lindale, Texas.  The NP will be working in a hospital-owned, specialty interventional spine and pain management practice.  The NP will act under the authority and supervision of the attending physician and in accordance with all regulations, hospital policy, protocols and clinical pathways.  Must hold a current Texas advance practice nursing license, current BLS and ACLS certification or the ability to obtain these within 90 days upon hire.  The NP applicant will have a minimum 1-year recent hospital and/or urgent care/clinic experience.  Minimum 2-years' experience preferred.

Program Manager Neonatal Services - Perinatal Admin

Summary: Develops and leads nursing neonatal initiatives for the CHRISTUS location. The Program Manager works in conjunction with the Neonatal Medical Director to oversee neonatal practice in the facility. The Program Manager also works with regional clinical leaders in the community (through the Regional Advisory Council-RAC) to lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies, policies, and practices throughout the Region and align them with CHRISTUS Health System which are guided by High-Reliability Principles, to achieve nursing standardization, evidence-based practices, operational excellence, and optimal patient care performance. Establishes effective strategies for service line initiatives, education and competency, physician collaboration, integration, outcomes, and resource utilization with the goal of increasing service line growth, efficiency, compliance, safety, and patient experience.
