Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
Current, active, and unrestricted North Carolina RN or LPN License
Current CPR Certification
Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care.
Administer medications, perform assessments, provide wound care, and complete accurate clinical documentation.
Supervise and support Nursing Assistants to ensure exceptional resident care.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly notify physicians of any significant changes.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident care.
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on quality care and resident satisfaction.
