REQUIRED:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Current RN licensure in Minnesota

Current RN licensure in Wisconsin within two months of hire

Current BLS certification for health professionals through the American Heart Association or Red Cross required and maintained. On-line BLS certification is not acceptable

Strongly demonstrated written and oral communication skills

PREFERRED:

We average 200+ deliveries a month and manage many outpatients daily for antenatal testing. Daily census is 18 mom and baby couplets. Our NICU is newly remodeled and have expanded our care to higher risk patients (28 weeks gestational age). Schedule: This position is a 0.75 FTE ( 60 hours per two weeks) on the NIGHT shift, for 12 hour variable schedule, and every third weekend rotation. The RN serves as the key leader of the interdependent team and is responsible to achieve patient and unit outcomes by coordinating the care for a group of patients.
