School-Based Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Quincy, Massachusetts

Desired Qualifications:

Current MA LPN license or RN ASN credentials required
Experience with tracheostomy care strongly preferred
Previous school-based or pediatric experience a plus
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one nursing support to a student with a tracheostomy (no active intervention required)
Monitor student health status and respond promptly to any changes
Administer medications and perform routine nursing care as needed
Maintain accurate and timely health records in compliance with state and school regulations
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school administration to support the students well-being

Role Details:

Part-time mornings, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 2:00 pm, through June 23
Summer hours: July 6 August 6, Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am 12:30 pm
