Role Description The Nursing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Williamsville, NY. This position oversees daily nursing operations on assigned units, ensuring safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The Nursing Supervisor coordinates staff assignments, monitors patient acuity and staffing levels, and provides real-time guidance and support to nursing professionals. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching staff, addressing patient and family concerns, promoting adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. The role also participates in orientation, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel, assists with resource management, and serves as a clinical and administrative leader during assigned shifts.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient safety standards, quality improvement practices, and infection prevention principles.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and basic computer applications commonly used in clinical environments.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Several years of progressively responsible nursing experience; prior charge nurse or supervisory experience is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Williamsville, NY, including flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
