We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student in a school setting throughout the 20262027 school year.

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and monitoring throughout the school day
Monitor the student's medical status and respond appropriately to changes
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assist with the student's daily medical and personal care needs
Follow the student's individualized healthcare plan and physician orders
Maintain accurate nursing documentation
Communicate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers as needed
Support the student's safety, comfort, and ability to participate in the school day

Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire RN license
Pediatric, medically fragile, or school nursing experience preferred
Comfortable working independently in a 1:1 setting
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
