We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student in a school setting throughout the 20262027 school year.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care and monitoring throughout the school day
  • Monitor the student's medical status and respond appropriately to changes
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Assist with the student's daily medical and personal care needs
  • Follow the student's individualized healthcare plan and physician orders
  • Maintain accurate nursing documentation
  • Communicate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare providers as needed
  • Support the student's safety, comfort, and ability to participate in the school day

Qualifications:

  • Active New Hampshire RN license
  • Pediatric, medically fragile, or school nursing experience preferred
  • Comfortable working independently in a 1:1 setting
  • Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
