Position Overview

We are seeking a School Nurse LPN to provide nursing support to students throughout the 20262027 school year. This position will work with students across the K12 age range and may involve both float and 1:1 assignments based on student needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care and support to K12 students
  • Work in float and/or 1:1 assignments
  • Support students with a variety of mild to moderate medical needs
  • Provide care for students who may require:
    • G-tube care
    • Diabetic care
    • Epilepsy/seizure management
    • Other routine nursing and health-related needs
  • Monitor student health and respond to medical concerns
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate student health records and documentation

Qualifications

  • Active Washington LPN license
  • Pediatric or school-based nursing experience preferred
  • Experience with G-tubes, diabetes, epilepsy/seizure care, or similar medical needs is a plus
  • Strong communication and clinical skills
  • Comfortable working with students across K12
