This role is responsible for staff supervision, care coordination, clinical oversight, and resident outcomes , while supporting a high standard of care and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a passion for geriatric care , along with the ability to guide and develop nursing staff in a fast-paced environment.
