Job Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality RN care in post-acute care settings
  • Developing and implementing resident care plans with consistency and accountability
  • Working alongside clinical staff to evaluate care options and monitor resident outcomes
  • Supporting care teams in the development of comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident
  • Ensuring medical equipment is correctly set up and properly monitored throughout use
  • Drawing samples for laboratory testing
  • Discussing care options and preferences with residents and their family members
  • Ensuring the accurate and thorough documentation of resident histories and interventions
  • Dispensing appropriate treatments and medications to residents as directed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Valid state-issued RN license
  • Graduate of an approved nursing program
  • At least 6 months of experience in an RN or related role
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
