Job Responsibilities

Providing high-quality RN care across post-acute facilities
Developing resident care plans in collaboration with care teams
Setting up and actively monitoring the use of medical equipment
Collecting samples for lab work
Reviewing care options with clinical staff and keeping a close eye on resident outcomes
Administering the appropriate treatments and medications to residents
