A Brief Overview

The Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support in an outpatient setting. This role includes but not limited to rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in the electronic medical record, assisting with procedures, supporting providers, and promoting efficient patient flow while delivering patient-centered care.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required Medical Assistant, Certified Nurse Assistant or Patient Care Technician clinical training.
