Experience: Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of recent acute care experience in Critical Care required. Candidates must have experience in two specialties. ICU nurses must be willing to float to PCU, and PCU nurses must be willing to float to Medical/Surgical/Telemetry units based on patient care and staffing needs. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment. Please reference the Nursing Addendums for department specific requirements. Certification: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date. Certification requirements may vary by department.
