Provides direct patient care to all patient populations; excluding pediatrics. Addresses the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care related to the surgical environment. Communicates with the physician continuously and as needed about patient condition. Assists with the maintenance of equipment and inventory. Assesses procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness. Obtains supplies for individual cases and ensures all appropriate needs of the EP, Specials, and Cardiac Cath Lab team are met. Monitors, positions and assists patient during procedure. Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.

Position Details:

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Registered Nurse, BSN preferred but not required.
Licensure: Arkansas Registered Nurse
Experience: Minimum of 3 years fast paced cardiac, specials, and electrophysiology experience.
Certifications: ACLS, CPR

Position Summary The Care Manager (CM) supports patients across the care continuum by performing nurse-led Medicare Annual Wellness Visits (AWVs), providing case management and complex care management, and driving enrollment in Advanced Primary Care Management (APCM). This role works closely with providers and clinical operations to close care gaps, improve quality outcomes, and support patients with chronic and complex needs in a value-based care environment. $85,000 salary!!! JOB SUMMARY: Support the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, organizing, directing and evaluating services and activities of the Nursing Department.
