Exciting opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse who is passionate about making a meaningful impact in a vibrant school environment! This full-time, onsite contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June 10, 2027. Youll work directly with elementary-aged students, supporting their health and well-being in a dynamic and caring setting. Flexibility and adaptability are key, as daily routines may shiftyour ability to respond to changing needs is highly valued.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active LPN license in Pennsylvania
  • At least 2 years of LPN experience required
  • Proven experience working with children in an elementary school caseload
  • Prior LPN, school-based nursing experience is essential
  • Comfortable in an urban school environment
  • Reliable attendance record and dependable transportation
  • Ability to obtain and complete all required Pennsylvania clearances
  • Willingness to work flexibly as circumstances evolve
  • Prepared to work onsite throughout the contract duration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to elementary students, including administering medications, performing basic procedures, and managing health plans
  • Collaborate with educational staff and parents to address health-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate health records and assist with routine screenings
  • Respond effectively to student health emergencies and communicate needs to families and staff
  • Actively participate in team meetings and educational planning as needed
