Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed and accurate records in compliance with education and healthcare guidelines
Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings, including IEPs and eligibility assessments
Partner with school support staff such as paraprofessionals or CNAs as needed
Follow up on ongoing care plans, adapting to changing student needs as the year progresses
