Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Current state Registered Nurse license required.
  • Current CPR Certification required.
  • One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
  • ACLS certification preferred.

 

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

  • Knowledge of and adherence to current nursing theory and practice, infection control, and wound care standards of practice.
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS.
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures, and utilizes proper policies, procedures, and guidelines in caring for patients.

Responsibilities

The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift. Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care. Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.  Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN)

Enliven is seeking an experienced RN (Registered Nurse) to service home infusion and Infusion Center patients in Fort Collins and surrounding locations. The ideal candidate must be well-trained and able to give the best nursing care possible with little supervision. They will educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. The ideal candidate must be compassionate, cool-tempered, and capable of handling emergent situations. They must follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. Responsibilities: RN (Registered Nurse) Complete daily electronic forms for each assigned patient within a secure Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System.
