Responsibilities

The Division of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology is proud to be able to care for patients across the life span from children through older adults. We have comprehensive programs in asthma, primary/secondary immunodeficiencies, environmental allergy and drug allergy including complex testing and desensitizations. The team is also highly dedicated to education with frequent medical student and resident rotations as well as ENT PA fellows and our own Allergy-Immunology fellows in partnership with Phoenix Children's Hospital.


The scope of the NP or PA who joins our practice will be based on their relevant training and interest. We may have a preference for candidates with the ability to work with both pediatric and adult populations.

Qualifications

Will consider New Grads with at least 2 years of practice experience in Allergy-Immunology or related specialty is preferred


Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current State (MN/WI/FL/AZ) RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or AGNP/AGPCNP.  


Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the State (MN/WI/FL/AZ) State Board of Medical Practice.  


Additional Qualifications: 
Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
