Desired Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and health support for students
Administer prescribed treatments for chronic conditions, such as seizure disorders or diabetes
Provide g-tube and trach care based on individual health plans
Support students with mobility, toileting, or diapering needs
Escort and monitor students on bus rides when necessary
Maintain clear documentation and communication with school staff and families
