Caseload: Kindergarten student

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN to provide 1:1 nursing support for a kindergarten student in a school setting for the school year.

Responsibilities:

Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care throughout the school day
Monitor and manage the students specific medical needs
Assist with daily health and safety needs
Provide medical interventions as required, which may include tracheostomy care, G-tube/feeding tube care, suctioning, and other medically complex needs
Communicate with school staff, family, and healthcare providers as appropriate
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Requirements:

Current and active LVN license
Previous experience working with medically fragile children preferred
Experience with Trachs, G-tubes, and other complex medical needs strongly preferred
Comfortable providing 1:1 care in a school setting
Strong communication and organizational skills
